Description
SuTi Bolero Rice Whisky comes from SuTi Craft Distillery in Kennedale, Texas, a small producer built around rice whisky, an uncommon style distilled from fermented rice rather than the corn, wheat, or barley grain bills typical of American whiskey. Bolero sold out at the distillery within its first year on shelves and went on to earn an ADI Silver Medal in 2025, building a reputation for the house style alongside sister expressions Rising Phoenix and Golden Dragon.
The rice base gives this whisky a distinct character after aging in oak, opening with light amber color and a nose of caramel, toasted rice, and soft spice. On the palate it is smooth and full-bodied, carrying caramel and gentle spice notes that trace back to the rice, and it closes with a medium, warm finish that turns lightly sweet.
Bolero’s sold-out first run and small-batch production make it a natural pickup for collectors tracking SuTi’s lineup, including the higher-proof Rising Phoenix Cask Strength for anyone chasing the same rice-forward profile at greater intensity. carries both alongside a broader selection of small-batch American whiskey for anyone building out a rice whisky collection. Ships to most US states. Adult-signature required at delivery.
