Description
Sunora Pineapple Colada puts a piña colada mood into a smooth . It belongs to Sunora’s Cream de Bacanora line from Mexico. The base is Sunora Bacanora, a traditional agave spirit from the state of Sonora. Bacanora has more than 300 years of history, and its flavor sits between tequila and mezcal.
Sunora makes its bacanora from 100% Agave Pacifica, with no additives. The agave is slow-roasted in lava rock ovens and an autoclave, then fermented naturally. It is distilled in locally made copper stills. That spirit is blended with real dairy cream, juicy pineapple and sweet coconut. The liqueur is lactose-free and gluten-free, and it is bottled at 15% ABV.
Pour a glass and you will smell ripe pineapple and creamy coconut first. A light hint of roasted agave sits underneath. On the palate it is sweet and creamy, with pineapple in front and coconut close behind. The agave adds gentle warmth and a faint touch of smoke. The texture is silky but not thick, and the finish feels creamy and refreshing.
Serve it well chilled or over ice for an easy dessert sip. You can blend it with ice for a frozen colada, or mix it into at your next party. It is lovely drizzled over vanilla ice cream, too. Set it out with coconut cake, tropical desserts or fresh pineapple.
This is a great pick if you want vacation vibes with real Mexican character. Cocktail fans and dessert lovers will both enjoy it. It also makes a fun gift for a friend who likes trying new agave spirits.
