Besamim, the fragrant spice blend used in Jewish tradition, is the starting point for this 750 ml liqueur from Sukkah Hill. Clove, cardamom and cinnamon lead the aroma, with bright citrus and warm baking spice filling out the palate. Bottled at 37% ABV, it’s an herbal spirit built on layered botanicals rather than a single dominant note. The result connects a long-standing cultural reference point with modern craft distilling.
