Made with 100% Blue Weber agave, this blanco starts with mature plants chosen by hand and natural volcanic spring water. It goes into the bottle unrested, so the agave character comes through without anything layered over it. The result is clean and smooth on the palate, with bright sweet agave up front, lively citrus through the middle and a soft mineral edge. Bottled at 40% ABV in a 750 ml format.
