Schiller Frizzante by in the Styria region of Austria is a softly sparkling wine made from the grape Blauer Wildbacher
Popping with lots of vibrant red berries, some vanilla, some herbs as well as earthy and spicy notes mingling with blueberry and cherry blossom.
And that beautiful colour… JUST WOW!
The mouthfeel, with its slightly lactic note, is typical of Strohmeier, and the perlage is enchantingly fine. Awesome stuff for sure!
