Stella Rosa Rosé V.S. Prosecco Rose D.O.C. is an Italian sparkling wine made from Glera and Pinot Noir grapes grown in the cool hillside vineyards of the Veneto region. It is aged in oak and fermented slowly at low temperatures, and bottles at 11% ABV in a 750 ml format.
The style is crisp and dry rather than sweet, with bright acidity and a refined structure. Wild strawberry, rose petals and delicate florals carry the palate, while soft bubbles keep the texture light. It sits slightly drier than the white V.S.
