Stella Rosa Non Alcoholic Red is a proprietary blend of several red grape varietals, including Brachetto, made by the brand’s team of Italian winemakers to carry the familiar Stella Rosa character into a non-alcoholic format. The 750 ml bottle holds a semi-sweet, semi-sparkling beverage with natural carbonation.
Flavors of ripe raspberry, wild strawberry and red plum lead the profile. Once the desired sweetness is reached, the wine is centrifuged and bottled; its natural acidity and low pH balance the inherent sweetness, so it reads fresh and fruity rather than cloying or heavy.
