Description
Stella Rosa Gold V.S. Prosecco D.O.C. is a dry take on classic Prosecco, built from Glera grapes grown in the Veneto region of Northern Italy. The area’s sharp day-to-night temperature swings sharpen the grape’s acidity and structure, and a portion of the cuvée is aged in oak before a slow, cool fermentation adds richness and depth. Three months on the lees bring further texture and complexity.
At 11% ABV this is noticeably drier than other Stella Rosa wines, showing golden apple, citrus and crisp minerality alongside an elegant perlage with green apple, grapefruit and elderflower. The finish is long and clean, and the wine is food-friendly. Each 750 ml bottle is hand-wrapped in shiny gold foil.
