Steeple Ridge Straight Bourbon is a straight bourbon from Lonely Oak that spends its final stretch in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks. That finishing step adds a rich, sweet complexity to the spirit. The sherry cask influence layers dried fruit and wine-forward notes over traditional bourbon character. Expect caramel, dried fruit, sherry sweetness and oak spice. Bottled at 48% ABV in a 750 ml bottle.
