Description
Starward Nova is an Australian single malt matured in red wine barrels, a choice that pushes the whisky toward a vibrant, fruit-forward profile and gives it a distinctive color that sets it apart from traditional Scottish malts.
Bottled at 41% ABV, Nova balances the richness of wine-barrel aging against the distillery’s clean, bright house style. The result is a dram with added complexity but no loss of clarity.
Look for red berries, plum and cherry up front, with spice, subtle oak and a thread of maritime character. 750 ml.
