Made in Melbourne from start to finish, this single malt shows what Australian distilling looks like when the local climate does part of the work. Bottled at 50% ABV in a 750 ml format, it carries the weight you’d expect from a higher-proof whisky. The casks are chosen with intent, and the maturation approach leans on methods suited to Australian conditions. Expect rich oak up front, dried fruit and spice through the middle, and a quiet thread of sweetness.
