Description
Karia from Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars is a Napa Valley Chardonnay built on grace rather than weight. The nose opens with apricot, honeysuckle and white peach alongside a note of brioche, with a mineral-floral thread running underneath.
Medium-bodied on the palate, it carries a bright, flavorful mouthfeel with a savory coating, real texture and citrus flavors that linger. It works well with grilled chicken and lemon aioli, grilled salmon topped with cucumber, tomato and fresh dill salsa, or roast chicken breast stuffed with spinach and feta. Bottled at 14.5% ABV in 750 ml.
