Description
St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur is made with wild elderflowers that are handpicked once a year in the late spring. It is produced in the traditional French style, following a process that has existed for centuries, and is made in limited quantities.
The flavor is subtle and delicate, with notes suggesting peach, pear, and grapefruit without being exactly any of them. The texture is velvety, with balanced sweetness and layers of fruit, spice, and herbal complexity.
Each bottle is numbered and marked with the vintage year reflecting the harvest of the flowers. Bottled at 20% ABV in a 375 ml format.
