Bottled at 43% ABV in a 750 ml format, St. George Spirits American Single Malt Whiskey applies a style long tied to Scotch to California grain and water. The result is a single malt built on West Coast ingredients rather than imported convention. The pour leads with grain sweetness, followed by subtle smoke, orchard fruit and a finish marked by oak spice. It reads as an American take on the category, with a flavor profile shaped independently of Scottish tradition.
