St. George Dry Gin Reposado is a barrel-aged gin bottled at 49.5% ABV in a 750 ml bottle. Time in oak builds on the traditional gin botanicals, adding depth that sets it apart from unaged styles. The nose and palate carry juniper alongside oak, vanilla, citrus and a subtle thread of spice. The barrel influence brings added complexity and a smoother finish. A craft expression for drinkers who want the structure of a dry gin with the softening effect of wood.
