Bruto Americano takes the European aperitif template and rebuilds it with American botanicals, landing at 24% ABV in a 750 ml bottle. Bitterness leads, backed by citrus peel and layered herbal notes that keep the whole thing dry rather than sweet. The finish stays clean and refreshing, which makes it workable both on its own before a meal and as a bittering component in cocktails built from scratch.
