Description
Bottled at 40% ABV in a 750 ml format, St. George Aqua Perfecta is an unaged, crystal-clear brandy built around fruit. The distillate leads with bright fruit flavor backed by a whisper of spice, and the texture stays smooth and delicate from start to finish.
Its name points to the goal behind it: a pure, precise brandy shaped by careful fruit selection and attentive distillation. The result is transparent in both color and character, working equally well poured neat or as the backbone of a modern mixed drink.
