Description
Wheat takes the lead in this 750ml release from Spirit Works Distillery, bottled at 45% ABV. Built on a wheat-forward grain bill, it shows the gentler side of American whiskey while still carrying the depth that comes with the aging required for a straight whiskey designation.
The palate leans soft and rounded: honeyed sweetness up front, vanilla through the middle, and a light touch of spice before a smooth close. It’s a California craft whiskey that trades sharp edges for balance and an easy, grain-driven character.
