Description
Bottled at 49% ABV in a 750ml format, Speakeasy Kentucky Straight Bourbon takes its cues from America’s prohibition-era drinking culture and translates them into a modern craft release. Careful fermentation and selective barrel picks shape a straight bourbon that stays within bourbon tradition while reflecting how small-scale distillers work today.
The flavor runs through corn sweetness and rye spice, with oak char and vanilla cream filling out the middle. The higher proof concentrates those notes rather than scorching them, leaving a balanced pour from start to finish.
