Description
Southern Star Double Rye Whiskey brings together two carefully made straight ryes, blended into a balanced spirit that pours a honey-gold color. The nose leads with fresh dill, coriander and green peppercorn over a deep caramel base.
The palate is full-bodied, with warming cinnamon and orchard fruit flavors that carry into a subtle vanilla finish. The interplay between the two ryes comes forward gradually, giving the whiskey something to return to across a long pour.
750 ml, 44% ABV.
