Description
Southern Star Cask Strength Straight Bourbon is bottled at barrel proof, 55.8% ABV, in a 750 ml format. It is drawn directly from select barrels and goes into the bottle without dilution.
The result is a full-bodied bourbon with the weight and complexity that undiluted barrel strength brings. Tasting notes cover caramel and vanilla bean, with oak spice and leather filling out the profile.
A straight bourbon built on traditional craftsmanship, aimed at drinkers who want their whiskey at full power.
