Description
Bottled at 45% ABV in a 750 ml format, SOTOL COYOTE Vibora Edition Especial is a limited release built around the Dasylirion plant, a wild desert succulent found across Mexico’s arid landscapes. The spirit carries the botanical and mineral signature that separates sotol from other Mexican distillates.
The glass leans on agave and wet-stone minerality, with herbal notes, a thread of smoke, citrus lift and a spiced finish. Artisanal methods and the character of the land where the plants grow shape the profile of this special edition.
