Description
Bottled at 50% ABV, Sotol Coyote Blanco Chihuahua Pink Label comes from wild desert plants rooted in Mexico’s Chihuahuan Desert, and the spirit carries that landscape straight into the glass. The unaged blanco style leaves nothing between the drinker and the plant itself.
Expect earthy minerals up front, a sweetness reminiscent of agave, and layers of herbaceous complexity trailing into subtle smoke. Presented in a 750 ml bottle, it reflects the artisanal approach behind this distinctly Mexican category.
