Made from 100% agave and rested 36 months in American oak, Solarum Extra A\u00f1ejo Cristalino arrives clear in the glass, with 24K gold flakes suspended inside a bottle lit by built-in LEDs. The gold is decorative and leaves the flavor untouched.
Aromas lean into the barrel: vanilla, coconut, caramel, preserved fruit, citrus, green apple, mint and rose petal. The palate is silky and gently sweet, showing cooked agave, vanilla, caramel, mint and fruit before a long, smooth finish. Bottled at 40% ABV in 750 mL in Tequila, Jalisco, Mexico, it is best after 15 minutes of rest in the glass, which allows its finer details to open up.
