Description
Smokeye Barrel Proof Straight Rye is a craft straight rye whiskey bottled at barrel strength, so the flavor developed during maturation reaches the bottle undiluted. The 750 ml format holds the whiskey exactly as it came from the cask.
Rye grain leads the profile, and the higher proof intensifies its spice. Careful barrel aging adds oak influence and layered complexity through the palate.
Tasting notes: spicy rye complexity, oak influence, a peppery finish, and an overall robust character.
