Description
Bottled at 47% ABV, Smithville Straight Rye Whiskey leads with the grain itself: rye spice and cracked black pepper set the tone, followed by dried fruit, charred oak and a run of herbal notes through the finish.
The straight rye designation reflects careful grain selection and controlled fermentation at the distillery, resulting in a whiskey with weight and layered flavor for drinkers who want rye character front and center while staying within traditional whiskey practice. Available in a 750 ml bottle.
