Eight years in oak shape this brandy from Sky Captains, bottled at 44% ABV in a 375 ml format. The extended cask time builds a layered profile led by warm spice and dried fruits, with oak depth running underneath. Subtle vanilla rounds out the mid-palate, and the finish stays refined rather than heavy. It’s a reserve-level pour built for sipping, with mature spirit character that remains approachable alongside its complexity.
