Description
Pechuga mezcal is made by suspending a chicken breast in the still during distillation, and Siete Misterios follows that traditional method here. The practice leaves a faint savory thread running through the spirit, layered over the smoky agave base that defines the distillate at 49% ABV.
On the palate it moves from smoke and cooked agave into citrus and complex spice, with the subtle meat notes sitting underneath and a finish that holds. The 750 ml bottle reflects Oaxacan mezcal practice and artisanal production.
