Bottled at 45% ABV in 750 ml, the 2021 Espadin Tepeztate Ensamble from Siete Misterios brings together more than one agave variety, with espadín and tepeztate at its core. Blending the two in a single distillation builds a layered profile rather than a single-agave line.
