Siete Leguas Reposado Tequila offers a harmonious flavor profile featuring cooked agave combined with fresh herbal notes of spearmint, mint, chamomile, plus citrusy grapefruit and lime. Sweet, delicate accents from the barrel aging are also present in the form of caramel, vanilla, and dried fruit like raisins and prunes. The aftertaste is sustained and does not fade quickly, allowing the fruit, sweet wood, caramel, and vanilla to remain distinct without diminishing the agave flavor.
