Description
Bottled unfiltered at still strength, Siete Leguas 47 Blanco arrives at 47% ABV (94 proof) in a 700 ml bottle, keeping the natural agave oils and full weight of the distillate intact. The result is agave in an undiluted form, with a balanced profile, smooth texture and subtle notes that speak to how it was made.
Production takes place at NOM 1120 from 100% Blue Weber agave. The agave is cooked in stone and brick ovens, then extracted using both a tahona and a roller mill. Fermentation happens in open air with natural spring water, followed by double distillation in copper pot stills, a heritage method that yields a vibrant and expressive blanco.
