Description
Sierra Norte Mexican Whiskey is a non-traditional whiskey expression bottled at 45% ABV in a 750 ml bottle. It is a regional Mexican interpretation of whiskey production, part of an emerging category as Mexican distilleries work beyond tequila and mezcal.
The palate leads with grain character and warm spice, backed by subtle smokiness and oak influence that carry into a complex finish. The higher proof and regional production focus give the spirit a distinct profile.
A fitting pour for adventurous drinkers looking past Scottish and American whiskey for something built elsewhere.
