Time in oak shapes Severo Reposado, a 750 ml tequila bottled at 40% ABV. The rest in wood brings forward caramel and vanilla, with oak framing a bright touch of citrus. The result is an even, rounded pour that closes smoothly, working equally well sipped on its own or built into more refined cocktails.
