Savage & Cooke Bloody Butcher is a bourbon bottled at 50% ABV in a 750 ml format. It is presented without chill filtration, a choice that keeps the spirit’s full complexity intact. The profile leads with rich caramel, followed by black pepper and oak spice, with a warming heat carrying through. The higher strength gives the whiskey a direct, unapologetic character. A straightforward expression of the distillery’s approach to powerful flavor, from grain to glass.
