Bottled at 55% ABV, Santo Fino Blanco is a 100% agave tequila made at full strength in a 750 ml bottle. The higher proof carries the raw, unaged agave character straight through the palate. Expect bright agave up front, with citrus, white pepper and a herbaceous edge leading to a bold, clean finish. It holds its shape in cocktails and can be sipped neat by those who take it slowly.
