Santo Cuviso Reposado Bacanora is a rested expression of one of Mexico’s most storied regional spirits — bacanora, produced exclusively in the state of Sonora from wild Agave angustifolia (Pacífica). After distillation using traditional pit roasting and copper still methods, this expression is rested in oak to develop additional complexity while preserving the wild, earthy character that defines great bacanora.
The result is a spirit that bridges the raw intensity of the blanco with the warmth and depth of oak aging — a rare and rewarding expression for the serious agave enthusiast.
