Description
Santa Fe Spirits Colkegan Single Malt American White Oak Barrel is a craft American single malt whiskey bottled at 46% ABV in a 750 ml format. It is matured in American white oak, the barrel lending the whisky its vanilla and spice character.
The aroma and palate lead with white oak vanilla and spice, followed by citrus and floral notes. The finish is crisp, with the kind of complexity expected from a craft spirit.
This expression reflects contemporary distilling traditions adapted to New Mexico terroir, a single malt shaped as much by place as by process.
