Crushed with a traditional tahona stone, San Matias Tahona Reposado sits in the middle ground between young and aged tequila. Time in oak gives the spirit its golden hue while leaving the agave’s fresh, green edge intact. The palate moves through cooked agave and vanilla into citrus, oak and caramel, with spice that stays measured rather than sharp. Bottled at 40% ABV in a 750 ml format, it carries the brightness of a blanco alongside the rounder texture that comes with resting.
