Description
San Cosme Mezcal Joven is an unaged Mexican agave spirit bottled at 40% ABV in a 750 ml format. Made in the traditional style, it carries the smoky signature that comes from roasting agave before distillation.
The profile leads with smoke and roasted agave, backed by mineral complexity, earthy depth and subtle fruit notes. Being joven, it goes into the bottle bright and unrested, with nothing between the spirit and the agave itself.
Its character works in mezcal cocktails and holds up equally well as a sipping spirit for anyone getting to know smoky agave flavors.
