Made from cirial agave and bottled at 48% ABV, this 750 ml mezcal comes out of traditional artesanal production. The cirial varietal drives the profile, giving the spirit a level of detail that separates it from industrially made mezcal. As a joven, it sees no extended aging, so the agave stays at the front. Smoke leads, followed by deep agave, herbal tones and a mineral streak, with a finish that holds on.
