Description
Saltwater Woody Original is a silver American rum from a small Kentucky-born brand. The base rum is distilled in Florida. It is then blended with natural flavoring and bottled in the USA in small batches.
What sets it apart is the water. The team adds salt water right in the blending step. They say a little salt cuts bitterness and lifts the sweeter notes.
Sip it straight and you’ll find coconut, vanilla and a hint of sugar cane. A light baking spice shows on the palate. It feels soft and smooth, with a clean finish.
It was built as a mixer, so it lets the rest of your drink shine. Try it in a daiquiri, a piña colada or a simple rum and cola. It is a handy to keep on hand for beach days and backyard parties.
