Description
Sagamore Spirit Bottled in Bond Straight Rye Whiskey is a 750 ml expression bottled at 100 proof (50% ABV) and aged six years. It blends two distinct rye mash bills, a combination that gives the whiskey its layered character.
The profile leads with vibrant rye spice, set against subtle fruit and floral undertones drawn from sour mash fermentation and toasty caramel from time in barrel. Further notes of oak, spice and dried fruit carry through to a smooth, lasting finish.
The Bottled-in-Bond designation, established in 1897, certifies that the whiskey was distilled in a single season at one distillery and aged in federally bonded warehouses.
