Sagamore Rye Small Batch is a Maryland straight rye whiskey built on a grain-to-glass approach. It blends two straight rye mash bills, each aged four to six years in high-char American oak, then proofed with limestone-filtered water drawn from the distillery’s 1909 spring house.
The palate opens with classic baking spices and fruit-forward notes, moving into caramel, honey, and brown sugar sweetness before closing on warm spice and subtle oak. The broader profile carries hints of oak, spice, and dried fruit, with a smooth, lasting finish.
