Description
Bottled at cask strength and 66.3% ABV, RY3 Toasted Barrel is a private reserve, barrel select rye whiskey in a 750 ml bottle. Vanilla, toasted wood and light caramel lead on the nose, with soft baking spice filling in behind them.
The palate is creamy and expressive, layering vanilla and caramel over a subtle rye backbone. It closes clean and warm, with sweet oak and gentle spice holding on the finish — a full-proof rye with plenty of complexity for whiskey drinkers who want it undiluted.
