Bottled at 40% ABV in a 750 ml format, Revel Stoke Canadian Blended Whiskey leans on the easygoing side of the Canadian blending tradition. Vanilla and caramel lead the palate, backed by light oak and a touch of corn sweetness that carries into a smooth finish. Its mellow, even-keeled profile gives it plenty of range: it holds up in whisky cocktails and mixed drinks, and works neat for anyone who prefers a softer Canadian pour.
