Description
Bottled in bond at 50% ABV, this 750 ml straight bourbon from Rebecca Creek was distilled and matured in Texas. The bonded designation carries a set of production requirements, which makes it a straightforward pick for drinkers who want clear information about how their whiskey was made.
The pour leans on oak with caramel and vanilla underneath, followed by a run of spice and familiar bourbon sweetness. It closes full-bodied, with the weight you would expect from a whiskey bottled at 100 proof.
