Description
RD1 Small Batch Kentucky Straight Bourbon takes an adventurous turn with its finishing in Brazilian Amburana wood—a rare and aromatic hardwood commonly used for aging Cachaça. This innovative finishing process involves inserting honeycombed Amburana staves into the barrels after the bourbon has matured for 4+ years, allowing for maximum interaction between the whiskey and the wood. The result is a bold and spice-forward bourbon with layers of baking spices, fruit, and rich sweetness, offering an experience that is both unique and deeply satisfying.
