Description
A tribute to America’s first federally licensed distillery, RD One 10 Year Old Kentucky Straight Bourbon – Cask Strength Brazilian Amburana Wood Finished (Limited Release) honors a legacy dating back to 1865. Aged more than a decade in traditional Kentucky warehouses, this rare expression is then elegantly finished with Brazilian Amburana staves — a wood prized for its warm spice, bakery-sweet aromatics, and exotic character.
Crafted in limited quantity and bottled at full cask strength, this bourbon represents the rebirth of a historic brand and the spirit of Bluegrass Glory. The careful finishing time, shorter than its younger counterpart, allows the seasoned bourbon and vibrant Amburana character to intertwine beautifully — creating a dramatic yet balanced whiskey that’s rich, warm, nostalgic, and deeply expressive. A collector’s pour and a connoisseur’s delight.
