Description
Hurst Knoll is a Kentucky straight rye whiskey drawn from the hill country where rye grows well. It rests for at least seven years before going into the bottle at 101 proof (50.5% ABV), a strength that carries the bold spice, depth, and balance expected of a serious rye.
The blend was put together by Pablo Moix, whose decades of bartending shaped its profile, with stirred classics like the Manhattan and Old Fashioned in mind as well as newer drinks that need a spirit with backbone. Aged and blended for versatility, it connects older rye tradition with a modern approach. Distilled and bottled in Kentucky, 750 ml.
