Description
Built on a mash bill with a high proportion of imported German rye, this Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey bottled at 47.5% ABV carries a bold, assertive character. The 750 ml bottle takes its name from Christian Heigold, a stonecutter who made his home in Louisville and carved emblems of American patriotism into its facade.
The pour leans on toasted wood and Meyer lemon, with brittle vanilla toffee filling out the middle. Rye spice runs through the whiskey, closing with a faint trace of mint.
